Classes and Workshops

are a creative sampling of Eastern and Western meditation practices and simple, effective stress management techniques.

 

Guided Sitting Meditation from many traditions around the world. Each meditation helps focus the mind, build concentration and ease tension. Mindfulness Meditation allows you to be in the present moment. This helps calm the mind and relax the body.

 

Standing Energy Practice helps reenergize the body and release overall tension. Each movement and posture is “user-friendly.” They increase energy in the body and alertness in the mind.

 

Walking Meditation is a wonderful, calming practice that can be done anywhere at any time.

 

Moving Meditation are easy to learn mini forms inspired by Nature and the mindful verses of Thich Nhat Hanh.
